SOD TURNING CEREMONY FOR ENTERPRISE BUILDING 3 We are pleased to announce a significant milestone in the growth of The Innovation Hub Precinct, the official Sod Turning Ceremony for the Enterprise Building 3 (EB3) Public-Private Partnership Project. Event Details: Date: Wednesday, 4 June 2025 Time: 10:00 – 12:00 Venue: The Innovation Hub – Enterprise Building 3 Site 1 Mark Shuttleworth Street, Lynnwood, Tshwane This momentous occasion marks the launch of a transformative infrastructure project that will further position The Innovation Hub as a leading force in innovation, sustainability, and economic development in the Gauteng Province. The EB3 development forms part of the 6th Administration’s political commitment under the “Expanding TIH” theme, as announced during the State of the Province Address. Along with EB2 and BioPark Phase 3, this initiative will expand the precinct by approximately 20,000 square meters of commercial space, reinforcing our role in fostering innovation-driven enterprise development. Delivered through a 45-year Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, the EB3 project will be home to the Water Research Commission (WRC), a cornerstone institution in climate innovation. As the anchor tenant, the WRC will establish a global water knowledge node that will support innovation in water resource management, waste reduction, and climate resilience.
