Pub@Hub business networking evenings are meant specifically for members of the local high-tech and "knowledge-intensive" communities. Even more specifically, they are intended for those who appreciate that the New Economy is all about the power of networks and networking. And - since innovation relies on a complex web of internal and external relationships -they are aimed at those who understand the benefits that come from human connectivity and collaboration.
These networking sessions provide creative, innovative and entrepreneurial souls with the opportunity and the place to hobnob with local and international industry leaders and knowledge sector "movers and shakers".
The goal is to bring together, in an informal setting conducive to relationship and trust building, information sharing and, ultimately collaboration, those who control public investment funds and private investment capital, with those responsible for generating new ideas and new patents.
Pub@Hub evenings provide a focal point for:
- The commercialisation of new technologies.
- The seeding of high-growth companies.
- Speeding up the flow of cutting-edge ideas about markets, products, services and processes among members of the Hub community.
