Commercial Operations provide an enabling platform for The Innovation Hub’s innovation programs. Providing the physical infrastructure within which to accommodate such programs, and for support; cluster development through an appropriate urban design framework. This framework essentially capitalises and facilitates high social exchange within the park, to create a life-style campus.

Commercial Operations also provide high speed connectivity and appropriate ICT services for support, enabling smart industries growth. In addition, meeting rooms and conferencing facilities are provided and events hosted, that in totality supports cluster development.

Appropriate office space and facilities management services are also provided for rental purposes.
