Auditoria |
| The two auditoria are designed to meet a variety of conference and event needs. The flat floor configuration allows seating for 170 and 80 cinema style respectively, or 250 when joined as one large venue. Both rooms are linked to a foyer that opens up to an outdoor veranda, which is ideal for late afternoon cocktails. |

Boardrooms |
| The two boardrooms, with seating for 10 and 12 respectively, can be combined into one venue to create seating for 22. Both open up into a wide corridor that leads into the Conference Venue foyer where light snacks and refreshments can be served. Both venues are suitable for a variety of meetings. |

Conference rooms |
Four 6-seater conference rooms with screens and network connections are available for Client meetings and small group discussions. The rooms are suitable for 'break away' areas during conferences and can be used for media interviews ...

Exhibition space |
| Located in the foyer of the Innovation Centre, the 100 m² exhibition space provides exhibitors with rotating stainless steel mesh display panels with hooked-on flat tops for equipment or promotional material. Each panel is linked to a 3-phase power point with 2 m² floor space per exhibitor to the one side of the mesh panel. |

Foyer and patio |
The Conference Venue foyer is a smart space of composed simplicity and flexible functionality. Use it as a reception area to receive guests and register delegates, or to serve refreshments or cocktails. It opens onto a patio that is perfect for a late afternoon traditional South African braai.

| The piazza, a 2 500m² open walkway that links the Innovation Centre and the Enterprise Building, is an ideal location for open air events for 10-500. The area is well lit at night, with the Innovation Centre veranda creating a natural open air stage area. The piazza is directly linked to the onsite restaurant for all your event catering needs. |

Video conferencing |
| Video Conferencing with links throughout South Africa and the world. The fully automated, ISDN/IP-supported video conference facility for 12 is serviced by two motorised screens, a three-way communications system, and built-in microphones around the conference table. Clients benefit from the latest in audio-visual technology with a keypad-based Crestron control system and manual override ability to cater for those with more specialised needs. There are 2 x ISDN lines that support 2 far sites and the Hub. The Video Conference unit supports multiparty. |
