PRECINCT CLUSTER DEVELOPMENT:
Breaking Ground at The Innovation Hub
The Innovation Hub ‘Breaks Ground’ with its Enterprise 2 Building.

After much anticipation and excitement The Innovation Hub, together with Arup and HPM members of its Technical Advisory Team, launched phase two of its Precinct Development Plan.

The Enterprise 2 Building (EB2), a multi-tenant building, forms part of the ICT Precinct Cluster growth plan. EB2 presents a valuable opportunity for tenants already established within the precinct, to move into larger premises, while simultaneously creating an opportunity for an injection of new ICT Technology-led companies to establish themselves as residents at The Innovation Hub.

The new buildings multi-tenant space, once having accommodated the migrating EB1 tenants, will be presented to the market. Those organisations fitting The Innovation Hub entry criteria will have the opportunity to motivate for tenancy. This prestigious, new, and sought-after Science Park Precinct will also house an Incubator facility in the form of the successful Maxum Incubator. The Maxum Business Incubator will offer a form of subsidized office space for young start-up businesses that qualify for occupancy.

The Innovation Hub, in-step with its EB2 ground breaking, is gaining momentum! Next is the EB3, a tenant-specific ICT Cluster building, accompanied by further growth within its other Clusters and a brand new electronic platform of communication to keep stake-holders and other interested parties informed and updated about these ‘groundbreaking’ events.
