Hub welcomes new Knowledge Partner on board

Human resources management is a crucial skill and a requirement for companies to ensure their success. Although businesses aspire to having satisfied and productive employees, the size of a business can limit its opportunities of having a permanently available HR practitioner to focus on related activities.

To add value to the service it provides to residents and tenants, the Hub has welcomed on board the HR Pillar - a new Knowledge Partner, who in similar vein to the other Knowledge and Product Partners, will give generously of their time to support the efforts of the innovators and entrepreneurs at the Hub precinct.

The HR Pillar provides an outsourced, all-inclusive operational HR service to small and medium business enterprises. Its support service is highly efficient and cost effective, and provided in accordance with a client's existing procedures and service requirements. The services offered range from specific HR focus areas to all-inclusive support services, such as:

• Payroll and personnel administration
• Recruitment
• Job evaluation and grading
• Remuneration management
• Performance administration
• HR systems and processes
• Policies and procedures.
