GIS specialist company uses solid experience base to storm the market

Newly resident at The Innovation Hub is GIS (Geographic Information System) application and customisation development specialists - Software Engineering Consulting (SEC). Headed by Director, Johan Terblans, the company holds over 50 years of total developer experience - a factor which enables it to provide its clients with a total solution for their custom application needs.

The imported information is used for a variety of functions, from pavement and traffic management to land information and maintenance management. ITIS also boasts the ability to import project data from SAP systems for compiling management reports and tender estimations. "All of this information is integrated into a single web portal from which to view the related information through a secure web interface", says Terblans.

Terblans maintains that the company's specialised skills in Intergraph products, Oracle database, Oracle Spatial, linear referencing systems, infrastructure management and mobile development stand it in good stead to expand further in to the realm of unique product development.
