The Conference Venue at The Innovation Hub offers users a world-class environment where space is transformed into multi-functional areas.

The Conference Venue offers:

• Hot Offices specifically aimed at those who need a temporary work space. Perfect for mobile executives who are always on the run.
• Conference Rooms that are comfortable, executive-styled and perfect for a quick meeting or a breakaway session for up to six people.
• Boardrooms that will impress new clients or provide a professional out-of-the-office environment for your next Board meeting. All three Boardrooms are fitted with state-of-art audio visual equipment and can accommodate between 10 and 22 people.
• Auditoria designed to meet a variety of conferencing, banqueting and other event needs. Flat floor configuration provides seating for 170 and 80 people in cinema style, respectively in the two rooms, or for 250 when joined as one large venue. Both auditoria are linked to a lobby area that opens up to an outdoor veranda, which is ideal for late afternoon cocktails.

This exciting venue also boasts a fully automated, ISDN/IP-supported video conferencing facility, which seats up to 12 people and is serviced by two motorised screens, a three-way communications system and built-in microphones around the conference table. You will benefit from the latest in audio-visual technology with a keypad-based Crestron control system and manual override to cater for specific needs.

For outdoor functions, the piazza - a 2 500m² open air walkway - is an ideal location for up to 500 guests. This can be combined with the exhibition space, which is located in the foyer of the Innovation Centre. The exhibition area consists of rotating stainless steel mesh display panels with hooked-on flat tops for equipment or promotional material and 3-phase power points for electronic display components.

Europa@Hub, the onsite restaurant, provides the catering for functions and events, while the restaurant itself is a perfect venue for entertaining, meeting clients or networking with Hub tenants. Their cosmopolitan, classic and contemporary cuisine is reflected in a range of innovative menu options and conference packages.
