maxum’s first Happy Hour set to become tradition

A new Friday afternoon 'tradition' is in the making - the maxum Business Incubator launched its first Happy Hour on Friday 2 September this year, and judging from the enthusiastic response from eager participants, history is being written.

Friendly smiles and good cheer was evident at the first maxum Happy Hour - ltr Thivash Moodley of TMI Consulting, Barend de Beer of DBIT Management Systems, Eon de Koker of Techsolutions, Trevor Troye of Vasscorp and Johann Fouche of Active Touch.

All the ingredients for great interaction and networking were there - smiling faces, great venue, liquid sustenance and a jovial atmosphere - creating a relaxed ambiance where maxum newcomers were welcomed to the maxum community by the stalwarts, both young and old!

The maxum "three minutes of fame" exposé was bestowed on all new tenants who, in informal meet and greet mode had opportunity to introduce themselves, their companies, products and services to peers and colleagues in their new home. The lively conversation and smiles all around attested to the success of the event, which has without doubt set the benchmark for many future mH2s - maxum Happy Hours!

Notification will soon go out for 7 October 2005, this time with "wors" rolls on sale for those feeling somewhat peckish at the end of a long week and a hard day's work to earn those honest (innovative) bucks - so be there!
