Martin Manmohan joins maxum Business Incubator

Martin Manmohan recently took up the reins as Operations Manager at the maxum Business Incubator at the Hub.

Martin Manmohan joined The Innovation Hub in September 2005 as the Operations Manager of the maxum Business Incubator at the Hub.

Prior to joining the Hub, Martin was a Business Relationship Manager at the Gauteng Enterprise Propeller, which flowed from Gaumac, the Gauteng Manufacturing Advisory Service, where he worked as a Industrial Advisor.

A self-motivated individual with a wide range of expertise and experience in administration, finance, information technology and project management, he enjoys using his own initiative while functioning equally well as part of a team. Throughout his career, Martin has proven his leadership skills and an ability to motivate teams to achieve their objectives and the objectives of the organisation.

He is dedicated to maintaining high quality standards and is a manager with an open door policy who encourages staff to achieve their full potential. "I prefer a practical, democratic approach in the work environment," he says.

Martin is currently completing an MBA with the University of the North West.
