The Innovation Hub officially opens doors

The Innovation Hub officially opened Africa's first internationally accredited Science Park at its new premises early in April this year. The celebratory event was attended by dignitaries, clients, tenants, members of the Hub's INNOV8 community and some of South Africa's world-renowned innovators.

Groundbreaking achievements in Hub infrastructure

Effective partnerships between The Innovation Hub and its service providers have resulted in many groundbreaking achievements in the infrastructure development of the project. Following the establishment of the two core buildings at the Science Park, Arup is now one of the tenants in its state-of-the-art Enterprise Building.

Hub welcomes new recruit

Annie Lopes joined The Innovation Hub Management Company (Pty) Ltd as its "public face" early in March this year. She is located in the reception area in the Innovation Centre and will be looking after visitors and coordinating the activities of the Hub's conference facility.
