New operations manager for maxum Business Incubator

Sugie Dhaver, newly appointed Operations Manager at the maxum Business Incubator.

Having left "heart and hearth" in Kwa-Zulu Natal - for the time being! - Sugie Dhaver moved to the 'smart' Province to join The Innovation Hub as Operations Manager of its maxum Business Incubator.

Her experience over many years in the service industry and expertise in administration and project management underpins her passion for continuous service-level improvement - and is integral to the focus on efficiency and effectiveness that she brings to tenancy operations at maxum. She gained fundamental knowledge of the incubator environment as a Consultant at the SoftStart software Incubator funded by the GODISA Trust, before joining The Innovation Hub in October 2004.

Sugie holds a National Diploma in Business Administration from the Technikon Witwatersrand and has completed a Management Development Programme at the University of South Africa. Currently she is pursuing a Masters in Business Administration.

Sugie's husband Jeffery, and children Shalen, Shanél, Sashen and Shilton together with their German Shepherds, Fox Terrier, Goldfish and Mauritius water-turtle will be joining her in Gauteng at the end of the year - a move that she and her family are eagerly looking forward to! To unwind "…in the little spare time I have!" Sugie enjoys cooking up a feast and entertaining, or reading and tackling crossword puzzles.
