Moloko iClass, a subsidiary of Moloko Group Holdings, is currently implementing phase 3 of a project for Guateng On-Line, a contract that was secured as part of this multi-million Rand project while the company was participating in pre-Incubation programme at The Innovation Hub. Moloko iClass joined the Hub in January 2003.
As a result of their success, the company graduated from the Pre-Incubation programme at the end of May 2004. Parent company Moloko Group Holdings realized, however, the value and benefit of being part of The Innovation Hub, and has now joined the Hub as an Associate company. Moloko iClass CEO, Fulton Ramaphakela, says, "The Innovation Hub is one the best SMME-focused programmes initiated by the Gauteng Government to help promote unique and exciting inventions within the country."
Moloko Group Holdings will be developing products in the security industry and has plans to set-up a Pretoria nerve centre for radio controlled alarm monitoring systems (soon to be released onto the market). Other products in the pipeline include Asset Management and barcoding technology products.
