Latest update on building construction at The Innovation Hub
The installation of bulk services on the site has been completed and construction on the bridges in the vicinity of the site is in progress. The on-site concrete batching plant has been successfully commissioned construction on the Sappi building is running to schedule.
Research leads to novel interactive application for vehicle management
A novel interactive application for vehicle management - the first of its kind - is the result of two years of extensive research and development by the technical team of UK-based eSay Solutions. The company is represented in South African by eSAY Programming cc based in The Innovation Hub with the purpose of facilitating the research and development of eSay products.

Tshwane Business Week 2004
The Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality launched Business Week as an annual event in 2003 as a vehicle for growing the City of Tshwane into an increasingly attractive economic space for doing business. Business Week 2004 will focus on Black Economic Empowerment as part of the building blocks of a robust Tshwane economy.
Why Effective Documents Are a Must for Incubators
Why should incubation programs use written agreements in their interactions with clients? Anyone who's ever been burned on a verbal agreement likely can think of many reasons. Participating parties can too easily interpret verbal pacts differently, and informal agreements can lead to inconsistencies in how an incubator treats individual clients. Additionally, without a written document to reference, it's difficult to convey the terms of a standing agreement to new management on either side of the table.
