Local property brokers community gets 'on site' at the Hub

The Innovation Hub Science Park was officially launched to members of the local property broking community on
5 October 2004.

Confirming its position both as Africa's only internationally accredited Science Park, as well as South Africa's premier high-tech cluster, the introduction of The Innovation Hub to this community has, since the event, been the "talk of the town". As a result, interest in rental uptake in the 8 500 m2 multi-tenant Enterprise Building has escalated dramatically, with tenants now being scheduled for occupation towards the second quarter of 2005.

In addition, a number of owner-built proposals are currently being evaluated for the start of construction in the New Year.
