Aligning strategy to market needs
Information about the need for facilities and business support amongst small, medium and micro enterprises (in the high-tech industry in Gauteng may well be one of the best-kept secrets in the Province.
To gain a better understanding of these needs amongst potential tenant companies, including SMMEs, The Innovation Hub has commissioned a comprehensive market research study. This study will assess the demand for high-tech facilities in selected areas of South Africa and provide a clear picture of the cluster mix required for an optimum facility and rent mix on the eventual Hub site.
This information, and the results of extensive international benchmarking studies, will ensure that the Hub's offerings to potential tenants are aligned to their needs.
