Maxum assists start-up companies, who generally have limited resources for investment in overheads, by subsidising rental rates for office space and meeting rooms, as well as for business mentorship. Companies only pay for these services after graduating from the incubation programme and pay Maxum a royalty of 2% of annual turnover for the equivalent period that it participated in the incubation programme.
