CoachLab(tm) recognises the need to convert learners to implementers and thereby exposing quality students to a year during which they are exposed to innovation and innovative business practices, they would acquire some of the necessary skills to fast-track them as future business leaders.

There are two CoachLab programmes in place, CoachLab@TIH and CoachLab@JCSE, serving higher education institutions in Tshwane and Johannesburg.

CoachLab™ is a nine month skills and leadership development program which prepares promising postgraduate students for industry.

CoachLab™ is a partnership between The Innovation Hub, local industry, training providers and universities and is aimed at top students - specifically those from disadvantaged backgrounds - studying in technology related disciplines. Participants take part in action-learning projects that stimulate innovative thinking and develop leadership potential. This helps the students bridge the gap between the academic and business world.
