The Department of Science and Technology accepted a request from the Botswana government to host learners on a study tour to selected South African institutions of learning. The countries have a bilateral agreement on Science and Technology Cooperation, signed in 2005, intended for the sharing of scientific and technological information and joint research projects on science and technology.
The Innovation Hub hosted DST’s officials, the learners and educators from Botswana on the 17th of June at The Fabrication Lab and Innovation Lab. The learners are all interested in Science, Engineering and Technology field careers.
