A success story out of CoachLab
CoachLab is a leadership development programme for post-graduates managed by The Innovation Hub. It was established in 2001 and has successfully graduated 86 students to date. Gosiame Tshetlanyane is one of the students who completed the programme in 2006. Born in Soweto, he completed his studies at The University of the Western Cape and proceeded into CoachLab. |

Women’s Month focuses on Women’s Empowerment
The Maxum Business Incubator has embarked on regional workshops for SA women in the ICT sector. These women include: those that already own an ICT related business and those interested in starting-up an ICT-enabled business. These workshops are being held this month in Pretoria, East London and Cape Town. |

The Research Institute for Innovation and Sustainability takes up occupancy at The Innovation Hub The Research Institute for Innovation and Sustainability (RIIS) is the latest addition into The Innovation Hub occupancy, since the beginning of July 2008. They were previously based at the CSIR campus. The business consists of two female director’s and a team of experts service provider’s. RIIS’s client base consists of, amongst others, the Gauteng Shared Service Centre (GSSC); ESKOM ; SANLAM, GROUP 5 and COFISA.
