The Innovation Hub provides high quality office space to knowledge-based enterprises in a number of multi-tenant buildings. Communal facilities such as a reception and meeting rooms are available for all residents to use.

The Innovation Hub is conveniently located with public transportation such as the Gautrain bus and City of Tshwane bus that drops and picks up tenants and clients at the main gate of the premises, we went further by requesting some of the taxi drivers to avail themselves, by dropping and collecting our tenants/clients from the gate in the morning and afternoon.

The Innovation Hub has one of the best security systems in place, security guards are on duty 24/7 that perform routine patrols in and around the premises. In addition we have a CCTV system which is used to monitor the outside of the building as well as all entrances to the offices. The office is fenced-in with a devils fork balustrade with fully monitored electric fence.

We also have in place back up generators to ensure that tenants and entrepreneurs continue to work even under load shedding conditions.

We also provide ICT Helpdesk services which come complete with WIFI connectivity, printing station and ICT support.
